Wide near black bakelite bangle with turquoise cone dots measures 1 1/2" wide X 2 9/16" wrist opening X 1/4" wall height for the bangle and the cones are 9/16".  This bangle appears black to the naked eye but looking inside the bangle, I can tell that it was navy originally and oxidized to nearly black. 

Very good to excellent condition, even the brass collets are in very good condition.
