Unsigned but definitely Jim's work, this scottie charm bangle is just too cute.  Scottie's were a big feature in most of Foltz' bakelite jewelry but I've never seen a charm bangle before.  There are 3 scotties, black, red and corn on a marbled paprika saucer bangle that measures 1/4" wide X 2 1/2" wrist X 3/8" wall height.  Each scottie measures 1" X 1 1/2".
